Celebrities including Stephen Fry and Maureen Lipman are throwing their weight behind The Holocaust Centre by lending their support to a wonderful new addition to London's social calendar.
The star-studded White Rose Ball will be held on 25 September at the Park Plaza, Riverbank, London.
The aim of the Ball is to support The Holocaust Centre – the only centre dedicated to Holocaust education and remembrance in the UK. It will also celebrate the courage of all those who - like the White Rose movement in Nazi Germany - show active humanity when it would be easier to be a bystander.
This prestigious event will commence with a champagne reception followed by a five-star four course dinner, each course designed by a 'Famous Foodie'.
Entertainment will be provided by top performers; Liza Minnelli, The Jersey Boys, Lisa Friend, 4 Poofs and a Piano and Damien Flood. There will also be an exceptional auction run by Lock Anderson Kresler of Christies, with Emilia Fox assisting. The evening will be hosted by Richard Bacon and Maureen Lipman will appear as a special guest. It promises to be a fantastic evening of great food and unforgettable entertainment! We are working hard to ensure that all costs of this event are sponsored so that every penny from ticket sales will be donated directly to The Holocaust Centre.
